Neat and Tangled Sequin Series: Shaker Card Tutorial!

Good morning!

It's Paulina here from Pretty Pink Posh. I'm so honored that I get to be a part of this sequin series this week. I don't know about you, but I sure have been inspired by all of the lovely sequin inspiration. Whether you're just now jumping aboard the sequin bandwagon, or you're an addict (like me), this week is one you'll definitely want to refer back to down the road. *Ahem, Pinterest addicts*

After all of the great ideas we've seen, I'm sure you're wondering if there's any other sequin ideas to share. Good news, there is! Today I have a sequin shaker card that I think is quite fun. Once you get this technique down, you can use it for more than sequins, too!

Recently I've been so inspired by all of the pretty flowers, I just couldn't resist pulling out flowers for this card. Thanks to my very first Neat & Tangled set, Fresh Blooms, I was able to create this card really quickly. My favorite part about creating this card? Getting to decide which sequins I wanted to pair together!

I personally have always been intimidated by the thought of creating a shaker card. Silly? Maybe. True? Most definitely. This card was done after some trial and error and I must say, it's quite easy. Here's a video showcasing how to create this card from start-to-finish.

I hope that you enjoyed today's card and video and give this technique a try. If you do, I'd love to see it! Feel free to leave your blog link on my blog and I'll take a peek at your creations. Have a fabulous rest of your Friday!
