Yay for Friday! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! To get it started our August guest designer, Cristina Kowalczyk, is back with three fun projects.
----------
t's my last week as a guest designer here, and today I challenged myself to one of my favorite things – seeing how far I could stretch one little stamp set. In this case, Thankful Turkey.
First up, I made a tag. I stamped the turkey in the middle of some cardstock and then trimmed around him so that his tail would stick out off the edge. I colored him with Copics, added some patterned paper along the bottom, and attached the ribbon with a staple. The Tiny Attacher is getting a lot of action over my house lately. :)
For the second card, I trimmed out the word "thankful" and then added some scraps. I love looking at my sentiments that way. Remember that you don't have to use the whole stamp. Taking out only part of it give you so many more options.
And lastly, I used the sentiment it its entirety, but added a few supporting images from You + Me. A simple circle and some solid leaf shapes never looked so good. :)
A million thanks to Danielle, once again, for letting me play around with her amazing stamps this month! Hope you all found a bit of inspiration!
Welcome Cristina! I love all 3 of your projects, they're all so pretty! Can't wait to see more :)
