Seize the Birthday Sponsor + Card

 I am pretty bad with sketches, so I went for a pretty literal interpretation :) I die cut the stars and then stamped them with Sunburst, and used the sentiment from Sketchy Cupcakes. I also chose a nice feminine color combo of yellow, teal and pink.

Sponsoring Pinspired Challenge 2!

Hello friends! Danielle here!  Did you know there's a new challenge blog on the block?! I LOVE this one. It's called Pinspired, and every challenge they have an amazing inspiration photo taken from Pinterest. Here is the current challenge photo

I am happy to say that I am sponsoring the current challenge! Be sure to play along to win some free stamps :)

I absolutely drooled over the colors in the inspiration photo, so I had to make a card!  Have I told you lately how much I love Hero Arts Shadow inks? I used Wet Cement, Soft Pool, and Stone Wash. I stamped the little heart from the Kindness Matters set and cut them out, and then used the 'love' from My Heart Sings. Super easy! This is going to be my husband's Valentine's Day card this year, look at me being all prepared! Usually I'm whipping something up late the night before.

Neat and Tangled Sponsoring CAS-ual Fridays!

Happy Friday!!

Some fun news, Neat and Tangled is sponsoring this week's CAS-ual Fridays Challenge! The challenge is black and white plus one color!

Winner will receive $20 to spend in the Neat and Tangled shop! 

I used the little bee from Fresh Blooms, and just white heat embossed her on black cardstock, it really pops! For my color I used one of my favorite pieces of flair from {a flair for buttons}. It's from the Hexagon Boys set. Shelley's buttons are now available at Two Peas!! How awesome is that!  I thought this particular flair was perfect since it looks like a honeycomb! I left off a sentiment because I am always in need of non-specific cards just to send little notes :)
