So Glad I Found You with Keeway

Hi there! It's Keeway and I'm so glad you're here with me today because I have the cutest alligators in love shared on this card.  In our recent July Release, we introduced the new set Later Alligator. This adorable set had the cutest little reptiles, and I borrowed those alligators create a little romantic card by combining a few different sets.

I stamped the alligators from the set Later Alligator, and the heart from the set Floral Heart. The images were stamped in dark brown hybrid ink and colored with copic markers. Then I used the coordinating Nice and Neat dies to die cut the images out.
I created a simple layout and simply created a radial ink blend of Worn Lipstick and Tattered Rose distress oxide inks. This was to add a focal point and a little bit of a dreamy feel to the pair. I splattered with the same inks. Then, I selected a sentiment from the A-mazing stamp set which I also stamped in the same dark brown hybrid ink.
And finally,  I adhered the floral heart and then alligators to my card with foam tape. It just looks like the left alligator is running towards his love for a nice big hug! Thanks for joining me today and hope to "see" you again soon!

Maze Die - Three Ways with Daria

Hi Dear friends,

Daria here. As Valentine Day is just around the corner, I've wanted to share some love themed cards. Maze - Nice and Neat Dies and A-mazing Stamp Set make it very easy. So, I will show you three simple, yet, I believe, fun cards.

The first card I made was this one with just released Pretty in Pink Sequins mix (loooove it) and a shaker.

I have added a felt heart for some interest. It made me think that maze die die-cut from felt could be a good idea. That is how the second card came to life.

I've placed the felted labirynth on a woodgrain cardstock and embellished sentiment with a couple of bells. It's like hearing bells singing when being in love.

And the last one happened when I've seen the square left from felt and thought, that a square shape would look good with maze-die. Here, the idea is that among so many people, as many as stars in the sky, I found the only One. :)

For all three cards, I heat-embossed in gold and silver a sentiment from A-mazing Stamp Set

I think this one is my favorite. Which one do you like?

Here is a short video to show how the last two have been done.

Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you liked some of these ideas and will give them a try. Be sure to tag us in social media, so we can see your projects.

Hugs,
Daria.

Interactive Maze Card | VIDEO | Natalie Elphinstone

Who else saw the Maze Die from the latest release and thought it would make an awesome slider card? That was my first instinct - I just wasn't sure how to make it a reality to begin with. But with a little bit of happy fiddling and playing around with ideas I came up with a version that will work.

I say 'a version' because I imagine there are plenty of ways to do this, and probably more professional ways than what I'm going to show you. LOL! But it does work, and I love that I can now get my little mice to move around the maze as though they were chasing each other, or looking for one another.

I especially love that when these mice (from the Schoolhouse stamp set) finally find one another it looks as though they're giving each other a High Five! It's a bit of a fun interactive spin on a Valentine's Day card don't you think?

My video today will take you through all the steps necessary to make this card interactive and you'll have those mice sliding all over the place before you know it!

I believe in you with Elena

Hi there!

I have a fun little card to share using the new Beavers Eh stamp set:

I stamped and colored the beaver sitting on his log, waving a sweet hello with his giant buck-teeth.

The card design is a uncomplicated one: I cut a Scalloped rectangle, and sponged some inks (both Lawn Fawn: Mermaid for the sky and Doe for the ground.) I then splattered white ink onto the sky and a darker brown ink onto the ground.

Beneath the log, I used a copic marker and a heavy hand to add a shadow. All of the flecks of ink and marker shadowing add depth and interest to this otherwise simple card.

The sentiment, from A-mazing, was the perfect companion to the waving beaver. I love so many of the greetings in that little set. The font is straightforward and would work with so many card designs. I think it's a must-have.

A bit of patterned paper attached to the card-base, and a threading of plain twine finished off the card.

Beside the beaver, I placed his bird-friend, who woke up with a cute case of bed-head. The little feathers on top of his head make him extra adorable!

I hope you've enjoyed my card for today, and thanks for stopping by!

♥.
