A Note About Shipping

Hello friends! Danielle here.

Popping in quickly with a note about shipping.

When an order is packed, a shipping confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address  provided while ordering. If you are in the US or Canada, this email will contain a USPS tracking number which you can use to monitor the shipment of your package.  You can do this by going to USPS and entering the tracking number contained in the email. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please email orders@neatandtangled.com

Once orders are handed off to the postal service they can be delayed for any number of reasons, including weather.

Recently, due to the extremely inclement weather that the North East experienced earlier this week, many orders that were shipped from January 20th on appear to be delayed. Neat and Tangled is located on the east coast in Delaware. Once packages are shipped from Delaware, they typically go to a larger hub in NJ and then out across the country. According to what I've seen by looking at the tracking they got stuck in Kearny, NJ, which I believe received significant amounts of snow with the storm earlier this week.

I know it is frustrating to wait for your package to get delivered, especially when it usually only takes 3-5 days. Luckily we don't get weather like this often! From what I've seen they all seem to be on their way to their destinations, and hopefully the tracking gets updated soon.

Another update: Good news! Several dies(including Box Die and Origami Map die) and stamps will be back in stock next week! If you're waiting for something in particular be sure to sign up on the product's page to receive an email notification when it is restocked!

  1. thanks for the update. Kearny has such a bad rep. It's near me and many packages stay there for days before they get to my local post office. Hope they arrive to others soon <3 I can't wait to get those dies when they are back in stock!! LOVE THE MAP!
