Happy Anniversary!

I was pretty excited to see that I got Top Mow it All over at the Lawnscaping Challenge Blog this week :o)  What a great way to start my Friday!

I mentioned earlier this week that it was the hubby and I's 3 year anniversary(it also happened to be his 30th birthday!!!)  Here is the card I made for him

Here is what I got for us him

It's a Canon Rebel T1i. I actually got a kit that comes with another lens, memory card, bag, etc.  (Great deal over at QVC!) It was a 2 part gift, with the second half coming for Christmas.  I am getting us intro to digital photography classes.  I thought it would be fun for us to learn the right way to use this thing, and also have a guaranteed night out kid free once a week after the baby comes.

He got me the Vera Bradley bag of my choice.  I am LOVING all their new Fall patterns so it's going to be hard. Here is one I am considering

Well I am off for my evening 3 mile walk. Today was really a beautiful (not too hot) day.  We already spent a lot of time at the part this morning, but I find my evening walks to be very relaxing. Also gives me time to brainstorm new ideas. Have a great night!

Stamps:
Half and Half , Wonderful Words Additions and Dies(PTI),  Follow Your Heart(Market Street Stamps), Envelope Pattern (Hero Arts)

  1. This card is gorgeous! Love its simplicity!
Congrats on the camera and course! I can't wait to finally get a DSLR myself!
I was wondering if I could persuade you to add the Follow By Email gadget to your sidebar... It's so much easier to follow my fav blogs when they are delivered directly into my Inbox! ;)
    Thx!

  5. That camera is similar to the one we have. I love it! Have fun using it. I'm sure your pictures will look great! I still don't exactly know how to use mine. I sort of mess around with settings and see how it goes.
