Thank You Cards using Simple Coloring by May

Hey everyone! May here today sharing a couple of flower wreath cards that I made using Paris and All My Heart. My inspiration came from my own card that I made last year. Here is what I came up with: 



I created a wreath image by stamping the cluster of blooms from Paris in black. Then I colored the images using Sakura Gelly Roll pens in bright colors. I finished off the card with the sentiment from All My Heart.



I chose some grey cardstock for my second one as a card base. This time I traced my images with Uniball white gel pen to enhance the stamped white lines. Next, I colored my wreaths with gel pens in black, silver, gold. After stamping the sentiment in white, I traced the lines with the white gel pen again to make them dark.

January 2015 Release: BONUS card AND video from Jennifer McGuire!

Hello friends! Are you loving Day 1 of our January release so far?  I'm back to share a bonus card and video created for you by our sweet friend Jennifer McGuire using Falling Hearts and our new All My Heart set (you'll see more of that on Friday!).

To create her card she used several pigment inks and clear embossing powder for the multi colored sentiment. The background is silver pearl embossing powder. And get this...she used a tiny heart die to cut the hearts from sequins!

I can't thank you enough

Hello, friends! Today Anna is here and I want to share with you my "I can't thank you enough" card. I had this idea since I saw the All My Heart set at the first time. New sweet lettering and I love that it's about thanks. And can you imagine, that you can get this set for free? How? Read here more about our new You're so Neat Incentive Program.

At first I stamped with Time Warp set using Distress Inks. Then I sprinkled water on the stamp - as these inks are water soluble, there were small fuzzy spots that make the stamp a little careless.
After that I stamped "thank you" with black archival inks and added other words of this phrase (I made white embossing on the colored cardstock). And enamel dots and gems as final accents.

I chose the red/yellow palette for this card - looks so bright, but soft because of large white space.
