Young Crafters Unite

Popping in REAL quick to share a card I made for the current YCU challenge. This time it was clear cards, which are always challenging but fun.  The hardest part is usually trying to get a decent picture!

I used some washi tape (the black), and I paper pieced the flowers and faux washi tape from the Basic Grey Plumeria paper pad. It was actually an entire 6x6 page, but I just cut out the part with the flowers and "tape".

Hope you're having a good week!

*The washi tape was in a kit I got from Studio Calico*

  1. Really really lovely!! I love everything about this!

  2. Wow, stunning! You've inspired me to try out clear cards! (:

  3. This is SO pretty! I love the cut out flowers. Ok, I'm definitely going to have to get that Plumeria pad!

  4. Just lovely! I knew you would be great at this challenge!

  5. LOVE your card. Love your work, the clean and simple looks so good.
I had done the embossing on printed paper for the last online card class, (at least I think it was the last one. I have been watching the past couple classes this past week.) I didn't know what I wanted to do with it until I saw the gift you made for Christmas.
I don't know if it is just me or my computer, but the "Neat and Tangled" part of your logo does not show up any more.
Keep up your awesome work. It has to be difficult with little ones underfoot.

  6. Yeah, the title is back. Keep up all the great work.

  7. Stunning, love the use of acetate and the beautiful CAS style of the card...Hugs

  8. Adorable, simple and attractive clear cards like this fascinates me a lot....
