The last release held a clear favourite set for me - Paris!! I'm just so in love with all the images and couldn't wait to play with it again! I also wanted to combine it with some other goodies from the release - the Graduated Stripes Cover Plate and the Scandinavian Flowers stamp set!
Here's what I came up with:
I love how this turned out!
I started with a piece of watercolour paper and, well, watercoloured it! I then stamped the Eiffel Tower an the stems and flowers directly onto the panel.
I die cut the cover plate from vellum and adhered that over the panel to partly soften it and have some added interest. I added a near little acetate frame and stamped my sentiment on top of my vellum, then tied on some gold cord and adhered the whole thing to my card base and called it done!
I love how the vellum die cut adds an almost woven effect when combined with the stamping and frame!
I hope this card brought some fun to your day! Thanks for stopping by!
LOVE!!
