Expanding Your Stamps One Layer Card with Kelly Latevola

Hello Crafters! 

I hope you guys are having a great week! 

It's been quite a bit of rain here recently but I'm hoping that pretty soon these April showers will make a way for these May flowers! 

Since I do love all things flowers I wanted to find a way to combine my floral sets to make something different today. 

I started with the Floral Heart set because I already love this image. It's a sweet wreath that is perfect for almost any kind of card. However I wanted there to be more of it. 

Easy fix, add more flowers! 

I stamped and masked my floral heart before starting to add in my extras. Anytime you're building a wreath or bouquet you want to make sure there is symmetry and balance. The simplest way to do this is whatever you add to the left, add to the right. Then you can fill in any sparse areas you need to with smaller images to round out your design.

I love how the card came out. The colors of the wreath is one of my favorite thing and I usually don't like pastels haha! I think the wreath supports the sentiment really well here.
