Hello friends! It's almost Friday, yay! To help get you to the end of the week I have a post from our September guest, Lucy. LOVE what she did with the sequins!
Hello again. Today I have a very girly card to share that I created with the adorable Just Hello stamp set. The sweet little images in this set lend themselves perfectly to being paper pieced, one of my favorite techniques. To make my card, I trimmed a piece of recycled paper then die cut the notebook edge. I stamped the sentiment, then spritzed it with Calico Shine Mister Huey's.
Next, I stamped the envelope on some polka dot paper, and the heart on pink paper. After trimming them, I adhered them onto the notebook die.
My sequin string was inspired by the talented Lea Lawson. I used some sequins from the Pink Lemonade selection pack and silver thread. It's a different kind of shaker card!
I love the sparkly crystal clear sequins. They really are super sparkly!
Thanks for joining me today. I'll be back later this month with my final card. Bye for now.
