Hi friends! Danielle here with some exciting news! Our guest designer for March is the amazingly talented Lisa Spangler! I'm kind of freaking out ;) I am such a fan of her work and am so honored to have her joining us! She will have several projects for you this month so be sure to keep and eye out! And now a little from Lisa...

I can't tell you what an honor it is for Danielle to have me as a guest contributor. I just love all things Neat and Tangled and the Hope Anchors is no exception. As soon as I saw this stamp I knew just what I wanted to do: make a little watercolored scene inspired by this pin! I couldn't wait to get started! So I grabbed my watercolors and colored away, then after it was all dry I embossed it in white.
To make the image stand out, I outlined it in coordinating colors. Then I added some sequins and some twine and that was that! One of the things I love about Neat and Tangled stamps is how the ideas just start rolling around in my brain and I can't wait to put them down on paper. It's almost like the cards make themselves!
Thanks so much for joining me today,
Lisa xo
