$35.00 - $49.00 = $4.00
$50 over = FREE
Canada
$1.00 - $34.00 = $3.50
$35.00 - $74.00 = $5.50
$75 and over = FREE
International
$1.00 - $34.00 = $5.00
$35.00 - $99.00 = $9.00
$100 over - FREE
