Yes, I still indulge in a cup of regular coffee every now and then even though pregnant. Judge me if you will, but the doctors say you can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day and be safe (yes, I do actually measure my cup of coffee to determine how much caffeine I ingest, it's the scientist in me). I had a cup every so often with little G too, and he turned out all right.

ReplyDeleteLOVE the card and stamps :) (and I drank coffee during my entire 2nd pregnancy! with my OB's blessing- it kept away migraines!! she said she'd rather me drink coffee than hospitalize me for that... esp since I had to be in the hosp for other stuff!)
ReplyDeleteCoffee is the one thing I've really missed since being pregnant (ok, coffee and beer). I allow myself a treat and usually have a cup of regular on Sundays. Can't wait to get back to my daily cup!
ReplyDeleteI love coffee, too! I am a true coffee lover - black coffee - love the aroma, taste, everything. So of course I had some of it during my pregnancy too. Love your card - the paper piecing and the background. Cool!
