Two days of posting- go me!
I made this card last night for the current Playdate Cafe Challenge. I really love the color combination. I have been wanting to use my new Hero Arts background stamp so this was a good opportunity. I also have a few birthdays coming up and thought I should stock pile some cards.
This cupcake set is one of my favorites to use. I colored the bases and 'toppings' with Distress Inks.
If anyone knows of a good video tutorial (or can clearly explain) good ways to tie bows I would really appreciate it. This is definitely something I struggle with! I've been trying to use my supplies, and I love ribbon, so it would be nice to be able to create beautiful bows. It would also come in handy for gift wrapping.

I really like that colour combination too and that background stamp is just perfect with the cupcakes.
ReplyDeleteFor bow tying, I highly recommend Dawn McVey's video. I don't think this link works but you can google it:
