If there is one thing I know to be true, it’s that I am always learning and growing. And I know when it’s time to make a change. I love being creative, but my own crafty interests have shifted. I still love creating but now more in the form of painting. I still love lettering, but in different ways with a new purpose. <br /> <br />If you’ve been following along for a while you know that after everything with my Dad, I gained a new perspective on life. I completed my meditation teacher training almost 2 years ago, and have been leading meditation in my local community. I teach people now how to find peace within themselves, and I’m developing a new program to help people use color, art, and words to cultivate joy.<br /> <br />The paper crafting industry has grown and evolved so much since I began Neat and Tangled almost 9 years ago! As I sit here and reflect back to what the landscape looked like when I first started it is amazing to see the transformation. It has blossomed, and flourished, and there are so many amazing companies putting out the most creative and innovative products. Truthfully, at this point, I don’t know that I have anything truly unique to offer that would be much different than what’s out there. And for me, it’s really important to feel like I’m being of service, and offering something meaningful that can really add value to your life (and craft room!). <br /> <br />What I will carry with me most of all after all these years, are not any of the products or cards I’ve crafted. It’s actually the relationships and time spent together. Friends I’ve made at other companies, design team members that became friends, and customers I’ve come to know and love online and in person. This last 9 years have been filled with a lot of smiles and love. I will be forever grateful for that.<br /> <br />I am so thankful that so many of you have pieces of Neat and Tangled in your homes. My heart swells when I think of how much love and kindness has been spread because of the work that has been done at Neat and Tangled. Not only all of the cards you’ve created and mailed out, but our coming together as a community to help others through things like our Happy Mail for Grayson card drive, and Crafting with Compassion Fundraising for The Burning Limb Foundation. So many lives have been touched and transformed because of you. So much love and kindness has been rippled out into the world.<br /> <br />It’s bittersweet. There is the sadness that comes when something so good comes to an end, and the excitement of the new.</p><p style="text-align: center;"> <a data-cke-saved-href="http://www.neatandtangled.com" href="http://www.neatandtangled.com" target="_blank"><img data-cke-saved-src="https://mcusercontent.com/6725ddc7e1b3bc372e7d1d843/images/09108583-0165-4bb4-808e-e2788ce36517.jpg" data-file-id="1923634" height="400" src="https://mcusercontent.com/6725ddc7e1b3bc372e7d1d843/images/09108583-0165-4bb4-808e-e2788ce36517.jpg" style="border: 0px; height: 400px; margin: 0px; width: 400px;" width="400" /></a></p><p>There are still products left in the shop, and currently everything is marked 50% off. <b>Use the code</b> <b>NEATANDTANGLED for an additional 20% off</b>. The online shop will remain open until we clear out the inventory. I know many of you have been emailing and messaging about items that are not listed in the shop. If it’s not in the shop, it’s out of stock. You can always do a google search with the product name, as many of our online retailers may still have it in stock! Sometimes you can find older products on ebay or Etsy as well, but I will warn you that sadly there are many counterfeit versions of Neat and Tangled products out there on those sites. The safest bet is checking trusted craft supply retailers like Simon Says Stamp, Ellen Hutson, Seven Hills Crafts, Butterfly Reflections, etc.<br /> <br />Thank you for all of the love and memories,<br />Danielle</p>Daniellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15743546267728886359noreply@blogger.com17tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1848563197810912610.post-81985045831992126502020-12-30T11:22:00.001-05:002020-12-30T11:22:21.619-05:00End of Year Clearance + Cheers to 2021!<p> Hello friends!</p><p>Can you believe we are at the end of 2020? I'm sure for many of you, this Thanksgiving was unlike any other, and I hope you were still able to enjoy the day in some way.</p><p>I've said many times this year already, but I can't say it enough. Thank so much for your continued love and support.</p><p>If you are a newsletter subscriber, you know that at the end of summer I made the decision to shift my focus away from new product development and back to more of a stay at home mom role while my kids are home doing remote learning. It was certainly an unexpected transition. It was difficult to make a choice to push pause on the business, but after my last newsletter, explaining this all, I was so surprised. So many of you sent me personal emails, letting me know you were supporting me, and that this time with my kids was important, and something I'll look back on and know was for the best. I was moved to tears and the kindness and compassion from my community here. </p><p>I do have a few things in the works for early 2021, so I hope you will stick around with Neat and Tangled! But in the meantime, I am trying to clean out as much from the shop as possible. A fresh start for the new year if you will.</p><p>So, in the spirit of simplifying, I'll keep the sale simple as well! Please enjoy 40% off the entire <b><u><a href="www.neatandtangled.com" target="_blank">SHOP</a></u></b> all weekend long. Just use the code <b>GRATEFUL2020</b>. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="www.neatandtangled.com" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" target="_blank"><img border="0" data-original-height="1080" data-original-width="1080" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6SCIH3ecBQoqSeR43CWCcQUSGft-O4Zucv2N0M175VmA0UkCKmpfKmo0k_A_XWnKlKLiBHjlcaGclVkLT7SxPI3ci0l-YRjAU1ce4MZV9LNGm1UaDC2aGu34TbfNnF3o290gNcqH8brKp/w640-h640/Copy+of+pause+s.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br /><p>With love,</p><p>Danielle</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><br /><p></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><br />Daniellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15743546267728886359noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1848563197810912610.post-7724839108470227662020-10-31T08:00:00.001-04:002020-10-31T08:00:06.267-04:00Grey Cardbase and Circular Dies with Daria Grushina [Part 2]<p> Hello dear friends,</p><p><a href="https://fallingintocardmaking.blogspot.com/2019/06/hello-hello-dear-friends-daria-here.html" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Daria</a><span style="text-align: justify;"> here. At first, I simply wanted to place those over my grey cardstock base, but then, I've decided to add something else. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCyf7RaAd9eqp2VHAdIbh6KgNOTI3nF1QqpWzpuiMqLkZ0rvCcYzXZt7l7fKGVeRe4Ya4X782pC4_dpY-vxdlusdwhqRMFyweoZvm6vhj35pV1qr1Gexz6sDQ5SxM9RduSpDrpWD2H9Ijv/s2812/3DC40745-5463-430A-919F-89BB681163C8.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2812" data-original-width="2461" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCyf7RaAd9eqp2VHAdIbh6KgNOTI3nF1QqpWzpuiMqLkZ0rvCcYzXZt7l7fKGVeRe4Ya4X782pC4_dpY-vxdlusdwhqRMFyweoZvm6vhj35pV1qr1Gexz6sDQ5SxM9RduSpDrpWD2H9Ijv/w560-h640/3DC40745-5463-430A-919F-89BB681163C8.jpeg" width="560" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">I added circles in different sizes and colours and adhered some directly to paper some using foam tape. I followed the rule of irregular numbers in creating colour accents: three blue circles, tree white circles three pink shapes (two circles and a banner). Although they are all of different sizes, it helps to balance them more equally. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjK6JcCaBDo1oJoG1rbGzaSIF1fDL4XY_ZOtnK0Kpj6FSqRvJxVJyg3iQtyZJVv_rUxb50ezho3wZaN2y9M20qVqxIAiNX4i-ULP4x7CM0fjwEy0-0kgQTrDLyO_0F5tG5ZC1I9ZYPd1lca/s4032/36A746E1-F1ED-4424-8515-19641622DA17.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjK6JcCaBDo1oJoG1rbGzaSIF1fDL4XY_ZOtnK0Kpj6FSqRvJxVJyg3iQtyZJVv_rUxb50ezho3wZaN2y9M20qVqxIAiNX4i-ULP4x7CM0fjwEy0-0kgQTrDLyO_0F5tG5ZC1I9ZYPd1lca/w480-h640/36A746E1-F1ED-4424-8515-19641622DA17.jpeg" width="480" /></a></div><p style="text-align: justify;">Sentiment is places over a banner shapes from <a href="https://www.neatandtangled.com/collections/frontpage/products/skinny-strips-nice-and-neat-dies" target="_blank">Skinny Strips die set</a> (my personal all time favourite). Recently, I was organising my cardstock and found a few lists of beautiful light grey cardstock. Surprisingly, it is one of my favourite colours, as it works with everything. </span><div><span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrbGimg3qpgp3KyWq0wdjsis9gOvYVYhDqV24odQ1vDfZW57s1_USMztbcXYbchKbwxyzcYCRNPehEV3PrLOIBjLYALj-mQck1jErOM9TNIoPTQCe_WY9VkhsOWv7K4jeSoFSsM5wVVsLz/s4032/IMG_6827+2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrbGimg3qpgp3KyWq0wdjsis9gOvYVYhDqV24odQ1vDfZW57s1_USMztbcXYbchKbwxyzcYCRNPehEV3PrLOIBjLYALj-mQck1jErOM9TNIoPTQCe_WY9VkhsOWv7K4jeSoFSsM5wVVsLz/w480-h640/IMG_6827+2.jpg" width="480" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><span style="text-align: justify;">So, I have decided to challenge myself to make several cards using it. To make it more interesting, I've added to the scheme a <a href="https://www.neatandtangled.com/collections/frontpage/products/circular-nice-and-neat-dies" target="_blank">Circular die set.</a> This way, it is going to be a little series of cards made using both light grey cardstock and <a href="https://www.neatandtangled.com/collections/frontpage/products/circular-nice-and-neat-dies" target="_blank">circle dies</a>. </span></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;">Here is the first one. </span></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2XaCxdH-jifulDniH4PLcu-8IVNu4orOys6UqknzTBFUNL82_g4UL2sz5x6yZVtW__f-F07CdLeqU_eMSUVaCqfaQQZUekuENCNCfM1H_Pa1t_LlX19ohraXC-yL_KyTxS6YG5LNwAN0R/s3571/IMG_6823+2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3571" data-original-width="2678" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2XaCxdH-jifulDniH4PLcu-8IVNu4orOys6UqknzTBFUNL82_g4UL2sz5x6yZVtW__f-F07CdLeqU_eMSUVaCqfaQQZUekuENCNCfM1H_Pa1t_LlX19ohraXC-yL_KyTxS6YG5LNwAN0R/w480-h640/IMG_6823+2.jpg" width="480" /></a></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span></div>I love the idea of using different circles to create a background. I've already made a few cards using this technique to mimic confetti background (you may found them <u><a href="https://neatandtangled.blogspot.com/2019/12/two-confetti-cards-with-daria.html" target="_blank">here</a></u>). </span></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;">This time, I am using it to create snow. It is easy and perfect for any winter scene cards. </span></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgsJYXPw74F8jVcueonicUXmlXeKIvdrBCJJxLXF-a4OdCNgQNoa2vhYbY97F-lAUV7po9s3rsGgOp-iNO4kx46PxJAn9ULSwMJ71-42FprYHC6vJvAs-CLr0fYHfCdDa38qM3ydalte16i/s4032/IMG_6830+2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgsJYXPw74F8jVcueonicUXmlXeKIvdrBCJJxLXF-a4OdCNgQNoa2vhYbY97F-lAUV7po9s3rsGgOp-iNO4kx46PxJAn9ULSwMJ71-42FprYHC6vJvAs-CLr0fYHfCdDa38qM3ydalte16i/w480-h640/IMG_6830+2.jpg" width="480" /></a></div><span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;">I am also playing with our older stamp set to create a little scene. But, I also feel guilty not to use great stamps from my stash. And, I thought it would be good to use them anyway in case you already had them. And I (im)patiently waited to hear the news of school. Here in Northern Delaware we learned all public schools would be starting fully remotely, with a plan to return hybrid in mid-October. Again, I decided to push pause on any new releases. With my husband being a teacher, I knew I'd be the one primarily helping the kids with their virtual learning and I did not want to add any more stress to our lives.</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #202020;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #202020;" /><span face=""trebuchet ms", "lucida grande", "lucida sans unicode", "lucida sans", tahoma, sans-serif" style="background-color: white; color: #202020;">At the end of last week, we learned the school our kids attend pushed the return to hybrid learning again, now until November. Rather than continue to hold my breath and keep pushing product creation and release dates I've made the decision to officially announce there are no new releases planned for the remainder of 2020, and no dates for 2021 at the moment.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span face=""trebuchet ms", "lucida grande", "lucida sans unicode", "lucida sans", tahoma, sans-serif" style="background-color: white; color: #202020;">Many people don't know that Neat and Tangled has actually been just me and my husband (who also works full time). Of course we have our amazing design team, and at times I've had help with customer service emails from Sarah, and product packing during busy times from Marla, but other than that it has just been the two of us. Preparing all product, inventory management, packing all orders, and everything in between. So for now while I am busy with the kids during the day, there's just not enough time, or energy, to actively create, launch and manage new product.</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #202020;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #202020;" /><span face=""trebuchet ms", "lucida grande", "lucida sans unicode", "lucida sans", tahoma, sans-serif" style="background-color: white; color: #202020;">I know it may be a disappointment to our long time customers. And if you know me, you know this decision did not come lightly. However, as I have shared so many times, Neat and Tangled was born out of a desire to be able to stay home with my children, do something I love, and build my schedule around my family. I feel so very grateful that at this time in our lives, I am able to pause work to shift my focus back to my children.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: inherit;">So while I help them, in between Zoom calls and snack breaks, I'm busy behind the scenes clearing out old inventory, reorganizing my office, painting and doodling new designs. We still have quite a bit of retired product hanging out that I would love to see find homes to make room for the new. So a big sale it is!</span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="www.neatandtangled.com" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" target="_blank"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1080" data-original-width="1080" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjThz9AVLy8SmieaUDXixrxbaIQvlkOwIv8qZVS65s5jWY5K0yPdu3DuL5sSMxSFz0QYTKSi5vW3bj0xWIVZrt4DRA2UWkMmlnb6W4jZhLQqkQLr66YIuPPHtIrrxoA2zk9-FWrzUCFMksv/w640-h640/pause+s.jpg" width="640" /></span></a></div><div><u><span style="font-family: inherit;">A few details:</span></u></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;">- Sale is good on in stock items only, and cannot be combined with other coupon codes. </span></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;">- Please allow for extending shipping notifications due to the large volume of orders placed! </span></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;">- Coupon code can be used on items already marked down in the SALE section.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;">- All items in the SALE section of the shop are retired products, and will not be restocked - once they are gone they are gone!</span></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;">Head over to the <a href="www.neatandtangled.com" target="_blank">shop</a> to grab some new favorites!</span></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div><span style="font-family: inherit;">Also, for those of you who followed our last few releases, you'll know I brought on <a href="https://www.bryanttattoos.com/" target="_blank">Robbie Bryant</a>, a friend and local tattoo artist, to collaborate with on designs. To continue my thought on finding inspiration from previous projects, I wanted to share one more card. It uses the same supplies: <a href="https://shrsl.com/1qzwi" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Grateful Heart stamp</a><span> set with <a href="https://www.neatandtangled.com/collections/nice-and-neat-dies/products/grateful-heart-nice-and-neat-dies" target="_blank">coordinating dies</a>, patterned paper, gold embossing powder and a few gold sequins. </span></p><p>The only thing I've added is die-cut letters for the sentiment. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwxUwU-mmCKNd0R4rHUCpZ8LXxg_MsmfXTj0dKKfQkTVt6vDSHvnyYMyHiQFjmi-hFR48hKuwQZS8NrjtZyFaHraHUknSSiAUihInHP-2JTDkU65VFKkF6IfT__rhHNwpY3Xsq19GflWEW/s4032/IMG_5590.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwxUwU-mmCKNd0R4rHUCpZ8LXxg_MsmfXTj0dKKfQkTVt6vDSHvnyYMyHiQFjmi-hFR48hKuwQZS8NrjtZyFaHraHUknSSiAUihInHP-2JTDkU65VFKkF6IfT__rhHNwpY3Xsq19GflWEW/w480-h640/IMG_5590.JPG" width="480" /></a></div><p>I think, this card has the same feel as a previous one. At the same time, it is different: design, scheme, colours. It is more monochromatic with just a touch of color behind the letters. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwAN_CxyMFu8NTxTg_o7ZKXW-KqsnjF5Q1U4BMDA-Bk3IPiKs-3mTza5_YuYgpD6A5cjsA_Z5A2pvg4NErp6wTGTfoQgXfb7C_pjj3QaARbH-OX1a1MeaDm7unWfaRlSozyyWbeNsly-MX/s3330/IMG_5591.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3330" data-original-width="2498" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwAN_CxyMFu8NTxTg_o7ZKXW-KqsnjF5Q1U4BMDA-Bk3IPiKs-3mTza5_YuYgpD6A5cjsA_Z5A2pvg4NErp6wTGTfoQgXfb7C_pjj3QaARbH-OX1a1MeaDm7unWfaRlSozyyWbeNsly-MX/w480-h640/IMG_5591.JPG" width="480" /></a></div><p><span style="text-align: justify;">I again started with heat embossing beautiful flower cluster from </span><a href="https://shrsl.com/1qzwi" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Grateful Heart stamp</a> set in Gold embossing powder. I am glad to see some neon pieces trending for fall in some of my favorite shops and was inspired to pull out some neon supplies from my stash to make this quick and easy card. <br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbSPOK90RzwxH4jO9meS_8pXu3tpvLWHSAnFtZOcVei7QzbQx4MLFeRXFKlrMjESs57XjZ4DypkYm-J_zRzf85WJoqDOw0E-MfxVEmMC1kHbepLOa_Rb5LDJgEh2HDaTqcG7pGKc3xnM-x/s640/N%2526T+neon+mail+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbSPOK90RzwxH4jO9meS_8pXu3tpvLWHSAnFtZOcVei7QzbQx4MLFeRXFKlrMjESs57XjZ4DypkYm-J_zRzf85WJoqDOw0E-MfxVEmMC1kHbepLOa_Rb5LDJgEh2HDaTqcG7pGKc3xnM-x/s0/N%2526T+neon+mail+2.jpg" /></a></p><p>First, I stamped and embossed the <a href="https://ldli.co/e/yz5myx" target="_blank">Mail Background</a> in white on a <a href="https://ldli.co/e/o06klq" target="_blank">black</a> piece of cardstock. Once the hearts were dry, I stamped the Just Because sentiment from the <a href="https://ldli.co/e/p4y7x3" target="_blank">Medallion Flower Builder</a> Set onto a strip of white cardstock. I added a few neon envies cut from the <a href="https://ldli.co/e/1l5xqq" target="_blank">Love Mail dies </a>to complete the card. That's it! So, I've decided to go with the image, gold embossing and simple, almost minimal design. <div><div><span style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: left;"><br /></span></span></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-w4lgw3rkTADKFCr1TiuOrrQCAOL5vh6dti8LpSxotXC2X4relI1LminxL50_3PpO7rfRji_a_vyYsI89r9Ur88WNMeTg9LEENr4w88WzFb-lqGtiWRimXqznuJnmVZuaB7WliOekPmdB/s3480/IMG_3674.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3480" data-original-width="2815" height="800" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-w4lgw3rkTADKFCr1TiuOrrQCAOL5vh6dti8LpSxotXC2X4relI1LminxL50_3PpO7rfRji_a_vyYsI89r9Ur88WNMeTg9LEENr4w88WzFb-lqGtiWRimXqznuJnmVZuaB7WliOekPmdB/w648-h800/IMG_3674.JPG" width="648" /></a></div></span></div><div><br /></div><div><span style="text-align: justify;">I started with heat embossing beautiful flower cluster from </span><a href="https://shrsl.com/1qzwi" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Grateful Heart stamp</a> set in Gold embossing powder. For my today's post, I've created a diamond</span><span style="text-align: justify;"> pattern using <a href="https://shrsl.com/25usi" target="_blank">Geometric die set </a>and little flowers and leaves from </span><a href="https://shrsl.com/1qzwi" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Grateful Heart stamp</a>. Hello-hello Awesome People!<br />
<br />
<span style="text-align: left;"><a href="https://fallingintocardmaking.blogspot.com/2019/06/hello-hello-dear-friends-daria-here.html" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Daria</a><span style="text-align: justify;"> here. </span></span><span style="text-align: justify;">I was playing with</span><span style="text-align: justify;"> </span><a href="https://shrsl.com/13kja" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Floral Frame Stamp</a><span style="text-align: justify;"> </span><span style="text-align: justify;">and die set. </span><span style="text-align: justify;">And there is a video too. There is lots of heat-embossing, pink and gold. So, it turned out to be very girlish birthday card. </span><br />
<span style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span></span>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Here, you may find the process:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe width="320" height="266" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/8GGQpPEOW3c/0.jpg" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/8GGQpPEOW3c?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<br />
I started with stamping the Floral Frame with Versamark Ink and heat embossed it in gold embossing powder. Then, I die-cut it using coordinating die.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFEA115Vmnv4hxYnY_DfyLts1NUUTxr2mL4ZWMj2Uik16c-aTo0gWF341r3l40NNB3-lKplJrgEacgyGH5-pZ9noxSRCZqWkxOuTfNVDaU11-NJs285RtDxjo6m4tBoSArVA8gbaTTh0Ac/s1600/IMG_1043.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1528" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFEA115Vmnv4hxYnY_DfyLts1NUUTxr2mL4ZWMj2Uik16c-aTo0gWF341r3l40NNB3-lKplJrgEacgyGH5-pZ9noxSRCZqWkxOuTfNVDaU11-NJs285RtDxjo6m4tBoSArVA8gbaTTh0Ac/s640/IMG_1043.JPG" width="610" /></a></div>
<br />
Next step was to stamp the <a href="https://shrsl.com/27um6" target="_blank">Delicate Dots Rubber Background stamp</a> to the pink panel. This beautiful colour of cardstock comes from <a href="https://shrsl.com/25usp" style="text-align: center;" target="_blank">Over The Rainbow Assorted Cardstock Pack</a>. I used the central portion of the Floral Frame that left after die-cutting to mask the center. This way, I had a space for the sentiment free from the background dots.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirwhiVwTMEm00l080F2jEp40o6iGcL8Ewh_7Ruy47O0yV6bFwAFiM7DP-K18kQDZe4KLacDra-BZ57Mr8w1-t-IdPACdcE7KUcEOj5XGJ7lhU-5KA_ftK-Q4vPh4shyphenhyphen0gobIuTuLKFgHDc/s1600/IMG_1054+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1104" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirwhiVwTMEm00l080F2jEp40o6iGcL8Ewh_7Ruy47O0yV6bFwAFiM7DP-K18kQDZe4KLacDra-BZ57Mr8w1-t-IdPACdcE7KUcEOj5XGJ7lhU-5KA_ftK-Q4vPh4shyphenhyphen0gobIuTuLKFgHDc/s640/IMG_1054+2.JPG" width="440" /></a></div>
<br />
I heat-embossed the sentiment from the same stamp set in the middle of the panel, using white embossing powder. I adhere the frame with foam tape. I also added a few sequins here and there for some extra shine.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHFeQTOeolBeLJ7est21HP-VGyCyfy537OVe37uD6m5hczp9E00M-Vd9hfeZ9MtnrVaAJJkbMyFKQN3XXHKSBYFItZjpA24FJVdHOh7KYiHB7xIOgdzQkTdXkpquLNlOnigf8LeyD_f-Fr/s1600/IMG_1058.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHFeQTOeolBeLJ7est21HP-VGyCyfy537OVe37uD6m5hczp9E00M-Vd9hfeZ9MtnrVaAJJkbMyFKQN3XXHKSBYFItZjpA24FJVdHOh7KYiHB7xIOgdzQkTdXkpquLNlOnigf8LeyD_f-Fr/s640/IMG_1058.JPG" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
This card turned out to be really tender. I love the combination of pink, white and gold. Plus, it is completely made with heat embossing, and I love heat-embossing. Each time, it is like magic. Hope you like it (wink).<br />

Hi there crafty friends, it's Cheiron here and today I have a card for you using the Grateful Heart stamps and dies. It's a quick and easy card, with some quick Copic coloring on the flowers and a Distress Ink panel as the background.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhLDl4qQANzci1Wp8njGgDSvurjuoQa2qeuVtIRFn0ubAg5cGHqa6RF0HI0HZVGbNZRPJq_ilXlkl5ZmkiNoqxfmgGEhSRi5txDuKhp0gZd1WrIApWvCzxtSL3CrmM4AgWrULJxIpb2Wxxh/s1600/cheiron+blooms+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhLDl4qQANzci1Wp8njGgDSvurjuoQa2qeuVtIRFn0ubAg5cGHqa6RF0HI0HZVGbNZRPJq_ilXlkl5ZmkiNoqxfmgGEhSRi5txDuKhp0gZd1WrIApWvCzxtSL3CrmM4AgWrULJxIpb2Wxxh/s640/cheiron+blooms+2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<span id="goog_1394773797"></span><span id="goog_1394773798"></span><br />
I blended Tea Dye Distress Ink onto a panel of Distress Watercolor cardstock, and also splattered some Tea Dye Ink mixed with water onto the panel. Once it was dry, I stamped the sentiment.<br />
<br />
I stamped the flowers onto a piece of Neenah cardstock and colored them in with Copic markers, then adhered them to the panel with foam tape. Super quick and easy and reminded myself that coloring and cutting a ton of these flowers would be great to have on hand for future cards!<br />

Recently I have struggled without having a desire to create anything at all. To fix this, I started to look to my friends in the cardmaking and crafting industry for inspiration. I started to search online for a specific stamp set that I wanted to use, and to see what other crafters had created with this exact set. I was hoping to use the <a href="http://shrsl.com/2ejgi">Neat & Tangled Floral Frames </a>stamp set. Unfortunately, I own the stamp set but not the dies for this set, which normally doesn't bother me unless the dies set offers something incredible, like these. But what was I to do? The die set was sold out and I was left to come up with some solutions of my own. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I saw that my friend Tiffany Solorio had used this exact stamp set around the time that it was originally released last year. I fell in love with her card and thought, what if I just start to create my own version of this card to hopefully spark a little creativity inside myself. So, without watching the video Tiffany created, I just took her photo and tried to recreate the card without knowing what products she used or what process she took to create it. I just started to make it my own way. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I found myself completely inspired to create this project. Almost giddy about playing with my products and creating my own version of this card- and I learned a new path to reigniting my creative spark. Solar White cardstock cut to 4 1/4 by 5 1/2. I took one of the stencils from my stash that gave me a nice thick stripe pattern. To mimic the gray stripe background on the inspiration card, I took some texture paste and a little gray dye based ink and mixed the two together to get a nice cool gray texture paste. I used the well mixed paste and striped stencil to cover my card panel leaving behind crisp thick gray stripes. I really tend to play up the gray on my cards. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Images:</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I stamped all of my images from the<a href="http://shrsl.com/2ejgi"> Neat & Tangled Floral Frames</a> stamp set multiple times. I stamped them using watermark ink and heat embossed each image with white embossing powder. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">To add color to my images, I used Inktense pencils that behave a lot like watercolors but is not manipulatable by adding more water after it dries. These pencils give a look that is similar to watercolors and I really enjoy using them, so that is why I reached for them first. I stuck to Tiffany's gorgeous color palette but without looking at what she originally used, I was happily guessing. I looked for a very turquoise blue combo as well as the bright yellow and gray. I loved that she used gray to color the greenery, so I made sure to copy that aspect of her card as well. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Once all of my images where colored, I used my scissors to fussy cut most of them but when I got to the main image, I did NOT want to cut out that very detailed image, so... I grabbed an oval die from Neat & Tangled's Card Front Designs die set and cut out the image. I wasn't sure at first if I liked doing this but in the end, I think it turned out nice, once you have all of the extra floral images surrounding it and building it up a bit. I fussy cut all of the additional images.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjpn-v1ftOxqj8lqZJez8qyxnH1qZ6WLAZScNPvY8TvSIrFRtvOp_bNWnKZOuDeJQR-ZHj0mKPj5cuiD2ilQEFZew__4gt2ZroHo2HY2rGr8cvOaQmdcQRr8ZROMiqcIKGri6iFUtVYlHgn/s1200/Neat+and+tangled+july+%25232-2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjpn-v1ftOxqj8lqZJez8qyxnH1qZ6WLAZScNPvY8TvSIrFRtvOp_bNWnKZOuDeJQR-ZHj0mKPj5cuiD2ilQEFZew__4gt2ZroHo2HY2rGr8cvOaQmdcQRr8ZROMiqcIKGri6iFUtVYlHgn/w640-h640/Neat+and+tangled+july+%25232-2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Sentiment:</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">For the sentiment, I grabbed the "happy birthday to you" stamp from the same Floral Frames stamp set and stamped it into the center of my oval piece. <br />
Hello there crafty friends! It's Cheiron here and today I am playing around with an idea inspired by abstract art I saw on Instagram by <a href="https://www.instagram.com/azarias.art/" target="_blank">azarias.art </a><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" data-original-height="256" data-original-width="197" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMyBkH-fLUCBsIZiVldpYg5oMNwqyGKhj0J7qKdmRW08SzovTps6Y_s0Bv_y8wG-pQkyG5Rgz_cw8qsojfTVa3oCv7QfKzDAVo2Ft53Ma94h20dFohIaiYdl9xldZm3WwFYElv81I26wdG/s1600/azarias+art.jpeg" /></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">

<br />
I thought it would be a fun thing to try with the <a href="https://ldli.co/e/371dke" target="_blank">Circular</a> dies. I am always looking for ways to stretch my dies and use them to make something a bit different. To make my card, I cut four panels of cardstock in white, yellows and blues to 4 x 5 1/4 and also selected a contrasting color for the background and cut it the same size. I cut each panel (starting with the one that would go on the bottom) with the <a href="https://ldli.co/e/371dke" target="_blank">Circular</a> dies placing the circle dies down on my panel, running them through my die cut machine and repeating until I cut circles out of the entire panel.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzAX8FOeHNcz__hmWyPEEtGWuhYPLKo5K5XnYtwFHzMc7-5PHpAChXEQx6SQDL_r3IqiYHyGggVfl8v1WEbsfmC86N0AvvQm9nZ5HygObnyrLWCc7Z5o6ztcig6zs15nnQvrvscB04JoSN/s1600/cheiron+n+%2526+t+one+of+a+kind+1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzAX8FOeHNcz__hmWyPEEtGWuhYPLKo5K5XnYtwFHzMc7-5PHpAChXEQx6SQDL_r3IqiYHyGggVfl8v1WEbsfmC86N0AvvQm9nZ5HygObnyrLWCc7Z5o6ztcig6zs15nnQvrvscB04JoSN/s640/cheiron+n+%2526+t+one+of+a+kind+1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
For each layer I cut, I looked at the previous layer (putting it underneath the new piece and holding it up to the light helps) and places the circles so that my openings would show additional layers underneath and the holes overlapped. It takes a little time, but it was a fun process for me.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiAn4q4BGKUT9cZFIHhsKzzBYkVBq7wVhgcp7y7TrW6WhwGLeVIx3oX-nisGH98MmzrVTyrjd_TTmYh5Pfw45JgHVhEIBkqVIrrtJHnbs1Fj6XASvF7uTrFjqWLvtFMACrvpwlpTnZQF2y/s1600/cheiron+n+%2526+t+one+of+a+kind+4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiAn4q4BGKUT9cZFIHhsKzzBYkVBq7wVhgcp7y7TrW6WhwGLeVIx3oX-nisGH98MmzrVTyrjd_TTmYh5Pfw45JgHVhEIBkqVIrrtJHnbs1Fj6XASvF7uTrFjqWLvtFMACrvpwlpTnZQF2y/s640/cheiron+n+%2526+t+one+of+a+kind+4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
When all the layers were cut, I added tiny pieces of foam tape behind the layers and stacked them on top of each other. I backed the stacked panel with the constrasting orange panel for some pop and adhered the entire panel onto a white notecard. The sentiment is from the Paper Cut Flower set (which is on sale now) and it seemed like the perfect sentiment to go with this one of a kind card.<br />
<br />

<br />
I love that you can switch up the colors and make this type of card for any occasion just by changing the cardstock.<br />

Today I have a shaker card using some heavy weight vellum and the <a href="http://shrsl.com/2dptl">Stitched Cloud Dies</a> by Neat & Tangled and Benzie Designs. I also used the paint swoosh from the <a href="http://shrsl.com/2dptq">Paint Night</a> stamp set and the Love word die from the Love Notes die set also by Neat & Tangled. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Background:</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I started by cutting a piece of Neenah 110 Solar White cardstock to 3 1/2 by 4 3/4. I loaded it into my Mini MISTI along with the paint swoosh stamp from the <a href="http://shrsl.com/2dptq">Paint Night </a>stamp set. I stamped it several times toward the bottom of the card panel (using other elements of the card to count for spacing). I stamped the swoosh from the Paint Night stamp set with Gina K Designs ink in Peach Bellini, Prickly Pear, Fresh Asparagus, and Turquoise Sea. I tried to keep them in line with each other spaced evenly apart. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqdzhTDjukZMhRSBJ9JCtgbK8AfFpaSEE1ZDREa9DeCYyxUU2LQKxrrvmJE6SCM1U5Pk9ki-jbEcZHa-QzIvAUTJR2Ui1VA_XLPhLfxg3raxQZKcoHfhqcxgzc6XfpY-ZRxPpQe_DuNSe_/s1200/Neat+and+tangled+july+%25231_-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqdzhTDjukZMhRSBJ9JCtgbK8AfFpaSEE1ZDREa9DeCYyxUU2LQKxrrvmJE6SCM1U5Pk9ki-jbEcZHa-QzIvAUTJR2Ui1VA_XLPhLfxg3raxQZKcoHfhqcxgzc6XfpY-ZRxPpQe_DuNSe_/w640-h640/Neat+and+tangled+july+%25231_-2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I used the "Love" word die, from the Neat & Tangled Love Notes die set and aligned it toward the bottom of the card, slightly overlapping my stamped images. I ran this through my die cutting machine and saved all of the negative pieces from the cut. I then layered the word die by cutting it three additional times from the same white cardstock. I glued them together using Nuvo Deluxe liquid adhesive. For the final layer of the word die, I used the piece that was cut from the main panel. This will allow the word to appear from under the stamped images. To adhere it all together I used the same liquid adhesive to alight the panel onto my card base. I used a Simon Says Stamp Fog card base cut to size A2 and scored in a top folding portrait orientation. This gives me a backing for me to glue my word die, so I glued it directly into that space that was cut out. To finish it up, I used the same glue to add the negative pieces from inside the "L, O, and E".</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwOEw9TJMaPkGX16IR1hhTsWbqluzvqUQ-d1aF7NgDX3xRuUQvUQ0O3uaX0LAxYqJEd_4DzwfZL1UsqX7t1l-7r6PGK-1xRxe-gR6NYdaZYqR1OYmWZONTF0zuLdZzKbhO-pzESG7GVxdh/s1200/Neat+and+tangled+july+%25231_-4.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwOEw9TJMaPkGX16IR1hhTsWbqluzvqUQ-d1aF7NgDX3xRuUQvUQ0O3uaX0LAxYqJEd_4DzwfZL1UsqX7t1l-7r6PGK-1xRxe-gR6NYdaZYqR1OYmWZONTF0zuLdZzKbhO-pzESG7GVxdh/w640-h640/Neat+and+tangled+july+%25231_-4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Shaker:</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">To create the shaker, I used my favorite Heavy Weight Vellum and cut it twice using one of the shaker cloud dies from the <a href="http://shrsl.com/2dptl">Stitched Cloud</a> Dies collaboration with Benzie Designs. I then added some of the <a href="http://shrsl.com/2dpto">Crystal Clear </a>sequins as well as a few gold sequins to fill the pouch. After sealing up the pouch using the bakers twine, I tied a pretty white bow in the upper left corner of the cloud. Hello-hello dear people,<br />
<br />
<a href="https://fallingintocardmaking.blogspot.com/2019/06/hello-hello-dear-friends-daria-here.html" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Daria</a><span style="text-align: justify;"> here. </span>Hope your weekend has a good start, as I have a card for you to share in case you plan some time for crafting. This time, I've decided to play with <a href="https://shrsl.com/1gzp3" target="_blank">Mail Background Stamp</a>. It is quite versatile one. It could be both a focal point, or a nice background. You even may cut off small envelopes or your design.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhfGajbJlAJdfpEbvuQZiivfe10H25vlNuKDHC7PKK0YsZkT2I02mRL2eE2DnReh5k9dC8yQfddB1CtsCQcVfm4ZcQTgqdLK4sIgrE0-I3YA4QRkh0LGJHdLy7PV1fOYMlM5GxP_UnXvwc-/s1600/IMG_1994.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhfGajbJlAJdfpEbvuQZiivfe10H25vlNuKDHC7PKK0YsZkT2I02mRL2eE2DnReh5k9dC8yQfddB1CtsCQcVfm4ZcQTgqdLK4sIgrE0-I3YA4QRkh0LGJHdLy7PV1fOYMlM5GxP_UnXvwc-/s640/IMG_1994.JPG" width="478" /></a></div>
<br />
I started with heat-embossing the background in white, then add some color using smushing technique and different distress inks.<br />
<br />
When my panel was ready, I took my circle dies from Simon (that's a basic set, you may use any circle die sets you have on hand) and die cut a circle from it. I also made a bigger circle from silver glitter paper and more bigger one from light blue cardstock. I used our <a href="https://shrsl.com/25usp" style="text-align: center;" target="_blank">Over The Rainbow Assorted Cardstock Pack</a>.<br />
<br />
All these circles made a nice backing for the one with lots of envelopes. I also decided to use woodgrain embossed paper for the background. But you may skip this step. I glue everything with double-sided tape and foam tape.<br />

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
To finish the card, I added three little envelopes made from different paper with <a href="https://shrsl.com/1gzp7" target="_blank">Love Mail die set</a>. A little banner from <a href="https://shrsl.com/1gzp0" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Skinny Strips die set</a> and a tiny Hello nicely picks from the lower envelope. The sentiment is from <a href="https://shrsl.com/250w7" style="text-align: left;" target="_blank">Butterfly Beauties</a><span style="text-align: justify;"> stamp. Two of three little envelopes are glued with foam squares. It gives more variation in dimension. I just love how cute these little die-cut envelopes. </span></div>

ps: I also made another background with the same <a href="https://shrsl.com/1gzp3" target="_blank">Mail Background Stamp</a>. It is picking on one of the photos. But, I still haven't decided how to finish it up. But I will try to show it next time. </div>

Hello-hello Awesome People!<br />
<br />
<span style="text-align: left;"><a href="https://fallingintocardmaking.blogspot.com/2019/06/hello-hello-dear-friends-daria-here.html" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Daria</a><span style="text-align: justify;"> here. I can't believe June is over. Somehow, summer flies much faster for me then winter months... Anyhow, I still have a card to share with you this month. I was playing with <a href="https://shrsl.com/13kja" target="_blank">Floral Frame Stamp</a> and die set. And there is a video too. </span></span><br />
<span style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span></span>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Here, you may find the process:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/DiMggp78yxY/0.jpg" frameborder="0" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/DiMggp78yxY?feature=player_embedded" width="320"></iframe></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Only after making this card, filming a video and making a voice-over, I've realised that I've already made<a href="https://neatandtangled.blogspot.com/2019/08/little-flower-patterns-with-daria.html" target="_blank"> a similar project</a>, that is to use little flowers for creating patterns.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
That is to say, you may use one idea to come up with different results. For example, you may choose to use another flower to stamp, another colouring medium to add colour, or even just take geometric shapes instead of flowers and you are going to have a totally different look. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiYgrRK-Ba8vZ5X5rpTxHGOXtjXM4Gfy6wo2ZpLg6VLT7ozl_HHgxfxx5U7UiwqDp38HJbAsXwLwchaxXZYmDLegmZrn9U6rBtrJcCw2m3TPkzD8lUWIf-VL-F4UH4qn6crEYhdxQ-ZCikE/s1600/IMG_1062.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1473" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiYgrRK-Ba8vZ5X5rpTxHGOXtjXM4Gfy6wo2ZpLg6VLT7ozl_HHgxfxx5U7UiwqDp38HJbAsXwLwchaxXZYmDLegmZrn9U6rBtrJcCw2m3TPkzD8lUWIf-VL-F4UH4qn6crEYhdxQ-ZCikE/s640/IMG_1062.JPG" width="588" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
For today's project, I took scraps of coloured paper left from <a href="https://shrsl.com/25usp" style="text-align: center;" target="_blank">Over The Rainbow Assorted Cardstock Pack</a> and stamped them with a flower from <a href="https://shrsl.com/13kja" target="_blank">Floral Frame Stamp</a> set and die-cut all of them using coordinating die. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFlPLQxF80JRkRshOnlXkzIhTR_XyYFiAhm_Ni66obEvk8X_viurUZzbPRtjMSf7vEUY9Ga4SHfCWIqzIgw-rs0lJsRIQfV0YSGGGun30uqUoOIDLz7xoDFQaVV8I2NMdGKCVAY0jIIvV1/s1600/IMG_1068.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1391" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFlPLQxF80JRkRshOnlXkzIhTR_XyYFiAhm_Ni66obEvk8X_viurUZzbPRtjMSf7vEUY9Ga4SHfCWIqzIgw-rs0lJsRIQfV0YSGGGun30uqUoOIDLz7xoDFQaVV8I2NMdGKCVAY0jIIvV1/s640/IMG_1068.JPG" width="556" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I also stamped <a href="https://shrsl.com/27um6" target="_blank">Delicate Dots Rubber Background stamp</a> directly to the cardbase. Love those dots, but you already know it (wink). </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The sentiment is from <a href="https://shrsl.com/250w7" style="text-align: left;" target="_blank">Butterfly Beauties</a> stamp set and stamped over a banner from <a href="https://shrsl.com/1gzp0" style="text-align: justify;" target="_blank">Skinny Strips die set</a><span style="text-align: justify;">. That is again available in the shop, yay. Don't forget, there is still a sale going on, and lots of awesome product at amazing price. </span></div>

I'm using the <a href="http://shrsl.com/2cn49" target="_blank">Just Because</a> stamp set and coordinating dies to create this card today. I am also using one of my favorite die sets of all time, the <a href="http://shrsl.com/2cn46" target="_blank">Little Bits </a>die set from Neat & Tangled. Both the Just Because stamp set and the Little Bits die set are both on sale in the N&T online shop if you don't already own them. <div><br /></div><div>To shop all of the retiring items now on sale <a href="https://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=900429&u=1535136&m=67327" target="_blank">(CLICK HERE!)</a> to visit the online store or blog for more information. <br /><div><br /></div><div>To create this card, I started with some We R Memory Keepers Fuse-sable sheets. These are clear sheets of 12 x 12 material used in conjunction with the We R Memory Keepers Fuse Tool to create your own pockets. This can be used for a number of projects ranging from creating your own memory keeping pocket pages to making your own shaker card, like I'm doing today. </div><div><br /></div><div>I started with two pieces of fusible material cut to 3 1/2 by 4 3/4. I needed to line these two pieces together so that I can fuse them using the perforated-looking tip that comes with your Fuse Tool. To help me line them up I used the Ranger Make Art Stay-tion by Wendy Vecchi. This magnetic mat was unbelievably helpful for lining the material up and keeping it in place. The magnets kept my materials in place while I used the Fuse Tool ruler to make a perfectly straight seal. The metal composition of the mat also allows me to use the tool directly onto the surface without damage occurring from the heated tip. I now store my Fuse Tool and Make Art Stay-tion together, as they are now forever friends. </div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhQfGauFdGkVFUtPA1uRMfRiw5kcELq4ULsYQsBuI4BXkU3QkDdG28mnawoQ9AfXpGOwqroA8uYNzRm_yWbph-_BBoMCxPqekz3R2Us0Ol3oUC04yw3IUXpKHjG_bK3s5U6dBaE6lz7z_yB/s1200/nt+june2-3.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhQfGauFdGkVFUtPA1uRMfRiw5kcELq4ULsYQsBuI4BXkU3QkDdG28mnawoQ9AfXpGOwqroA8uYNzRm_yWbph-_BBoMCxPqekz3R2Us0Ol3oUC04yw3IUXpKHjG_bK3s5U6dBaE6lz7z_yB/w640-h640/nt+june2-3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div>I sealed the material on only three sides, then I stopped in order to fill the inside with shaker bits. Insert Neat & Tangled Little Bits die set. This die set is so awesome, it comes with all of these tiny little dies that I often reach for to spruce up any project I'm working on. Today, I pulled out the two heart shapes that come in the set to make my shaker bits. I also used the heart dies that come with the Just Because coordinating die set also by Neat & Tangled. The combination of these elements made up the contents of my pouch. I cut these little guys using an assortment of cardstock in complementary colors. Including gold foiled cardstock, which brings me to my next tip. Before you seal the fourth and final side to your shaker pouch, make sure the elements inside the pouch are facing the right way. My gold elements shifted and now that it's sealed, I can't turn them back around. So, to make sure your flashy gold elements can be seen, make sure they are facing toward the observer. Most of the cardstock pieces look the same on both sides, except that the foiled cardstock I chose has white on the reverse. </div><div><br /></div><div>Once your DIY shaker pouch is sealed on four sides, it's time to add a sentiment. I cut my sentiment from the Just Because coordinating die set, but this same look can be achieved by stamping the "love you" in gold embossing powder or gold foil. I cut mine from the same gold cardstock I used on the interior elements and I cut its shadow from vellum to maintain the see- through appearance of the card. I hid the liquid adhesive used to attach the word die and its shadow behind the letters so that you don't see it when looking at the card. I also stamped the "just because" sub sentiment, from the same <a href="http://shrsl.com/2cn49" target="_blank">Just Because</a> stamp set, with watermark ink and heat embossed using white embossing powder. I cut it down into a strip using my cut line paper trimmer. I popped it up onto the shaker panel using foam tape. </div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTmqiJRPLFD9ck69R6zl4Wh7bfRhgGMWS2etNY8S5MOnexS_dFT7Aomqr4jKhMyeBKyYLPl-j4UiuWDbvcuSIG6wveRVDGsElnps16vqj4j5EZSkmk8CagELjKI7i3FtoTTa0HOdp8yIN_/s1200/nt+june2-2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTmqiJRPLFD9ck69R6zl4Wh7bfRhgGMWS2etNY8S5MOnexS_dFT7Aomqr4jKhMyeBKyYLPl-j4UiuWDbvcuSIG6wveRVDGsElnps16vqj4j5EZSkmk8CagELjKI7i3FtoTTa0HOdp8yIN_/w640-h640/nt+june2-2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div>I added a decorative banner from an older Neat & Tangled die set called Card Front designs, but again, it's so easy to replicate this element. I used the smallest heart die from the Little Bits set to cut a heart out as another see through element. </div><div><br /></div><div>I cut a piece of Neenah 110 lb. cardstock to 4 3/4 by 3 1/2 and used it as a background to make my shaker bits pop a bit more. I adhered the shaker pouch to the white panel using liquid adhesive being sure to hide the adhesive once again. </div><div><br /></div><div>All of this was added to an A2 size card base cut and scored in a top folding portrait orientation using my favorite light gray cardstock. </div><div><br /></div><div>I hope you have enjoyed my project today and I've inspired you to create something using your paper crafting supplies. </div><div><br /></div><div>Koren </div><div><br />

<br />
Hi there crafty friends. It's <a href="https://cheironbrandon.typepad.com/" target="_blank">Cheiron</a> here and today I have a card featuring another throwback Neat and Tangled set (that is on sale now!) the <a href="https://ldli.co/e/70960y" target="_blank">Fractal Cloud</a> stamp set. I thought it would be fun to pair it with a colorful sparkly sky and I was inspired by the images of "cotton candy skies" on Pinterest. This card takes a little extra time to make because of the ink blending and masking, but believe me the end result of crisp white clouds is so worth it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIQNfJHYaSuzs78gJmhxOLP_Ug9MjO_ko9QKNLXbaJpNiq3G1fcuwP9hs6a8lUbNuCG3Tdoh7AiO_wGF2AaaKDG8fHdN1nzgRxqyafmJTBRDpj7x7TaXy9dcKSynFWLIVZyjBwQt9LBP01/s1600/cheiron_fractal+clouds+intro+1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIQNfJHYaSuzs78gJmhxOLP_Ug9MjO_ko9QKNLXbaJpNiq3G1fcuwP9hs6a8lUbNuCG3Tdoh7AiO_wGF2AaaKDG8fHdN1nzgRxqyafmJTBRDpj7x7TaXy9dcKSynFWLIVZyjBwQt9LBP01/s640/cheiron_fractal+clouds+intro+1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
To begin, I stamped the Fractal Clouds in <a href="https://ldli.co/e/e6j2x2" target="_blank">Versamark</a> ink and embossed them with Hero Arts <a href="https://ldli.co/e/6gzlg9" target="_blank">Gold Embossing Powder</a>. I also stamped them onto <a href="https://ldli.co/e/g03q07" target="_blank">masking paper</a> and cut them out and masked the embossed clouds.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhSE3UFPQdhpCljsrpP5rkQfAcbuTPE4E2bqANgP60xBFKfSuvXiEyX34IKR1LNHVOSRIw05shQpN1QpNw3coxBYMfF-iVhDw2jAC8j9NCoEJ2nwum7yf8WiC45kUE_lsRn3ZxzIlScBnf7/s1600/cheiron_fractal+clouds+intro+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhSE3UFPQdhpCljsrpP5rkQfAcbuTPE4E2bqANgP60xBFKfSuvXiEyX34IKR1LNHVOSRIw05shQpN1QpNw3coxBYMfF-iVhDw2jAC8j9NCoEJ2nwum7yf8WiC45kUE_lsRn3ZxzIlScBnf7/s640/cheiron_fractal+clouds+intro+2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Once the masks were on, I began the ink blending, starting lightly and then building up my layers until I had the "sky" that I wanted. I used Distress Inks in <a href="https://ldli.co/e/0o67ol" target="_blank">Worn Lipstick</a>, <a href="https://ldli.co/e/4n13n5" target="_blank">Spun Sugar</a>, <a href="https://ldli.co/e/56dy6k" target="_blank">Squeezed Lemonade</a>, <a href="https://ldli.co/e/2kl6k9" target="_blank">Wild Honey</a>, <a href="https://ldli.co/e/mpj56m" target="_blank">Shaded Lilac </a>and <a href="https://ldli.co/e/37xo7g" target="_blank">Wilted Violet.</a><br />
<br />

<br />
When the panel was inked how I liked it, I sprayed the entire panel with a generous spraying of Tsukineko <a href="https://ldli.co/e/prj340" target="_blank">Sheer Shimmer Spritz</a> in Sparkle and dried it with a <a href="https://ldli.co/e/j5pqko" target="_blank">heat tool</a>. Once it was dry, I stamped the sentiment with <a href="https://ldli.co/e/xp2ldj" target="_blank">Black Soot Archival Distress Ink</a>. I love the look of the sparkly sky on this card and hope it will put a smile on the face of whoever receives it!<br />

It's Mindy Eggen here with you today. I'm sharing something a little different. Today's card is actually a work-in-progress. One thing I hardly ever do is use colored pencils. I normally don't use them because they take so long to color an image but it's an area I want to explore a little more. We all have to start somewhere and I wanted to share with you the start of my journey.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_1GPONEwlAISWxhkdYD5tJ8JPxKVbHxnRas2JmRw9_-KxyOCcZUMgLMuNK_1_KHZ2AzUWfwyor8ICrzOF6ilW4mszLu3wyST7PeW-sku7xLtBPxYTzWh9xQAbE-RLuHwDrlt4HvB3Cjq8/s1600/moon-magic-pencil-c.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1280" data-original-width="1280" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_1GPONEwlAISWxhkdYD5tJ8JPxKVbHxnRas2JmRw9_-KxyOCcZUMgLMuNK_1_KHZ2AzUWfwyor8ICrzOF6ilW4mszLu3wyST7PeW-sku7xLtBPxYTzWh9xQAbE-RLuHwDrlt4HvB3Cjq8/s640/moon-magic-pencil-c.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
I am coloring the image from Moon Magic with blues/greens Polychromos pencils onto Kraft card stock. You actually should use a card stock with a little more tooth to it so the pencil has something to grab onto but I wanted to experiment with Kraft.<br />
<br />
I finished the image itself after a couple layers of coloring but I still want to add in color around.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhuN5iULzC7ahCDEc7CTEl2_vm-1zJrdk10AYGSUDKqFTt_bclT0mahIWcSpKqgL0RJwD6BaCnQ8sUtqFliY2NBhYz5jnuk5lD9g54kGreQZWWr7_2lm3Rik3U4evKksaxn354mtPpOZHkz/s1600/moon-magic-pencil-a.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1280" data-original-width="1280" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhuN5iULzC7ahCDEc7CTEl2_vm-1zJrdk10AYGSUDKqFTt_bclT0mahIWcSpKqgL0RJwD6BaCnQ8sUtqFliY2NBhYz5jnuk5lD9g54kGreQZWWr7_2lm3Rik3U4evKksaxn354mtPpOZHkz/s640/moon-magic-pencil-a.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I just wanted to share because coloring in any medium takes time and practice. The more you do it, the more you understand how the colors work. One thing I really do love about colored pencils is how you can get into the tiniest of areas. You also don't have to worry about bleeding outside of the lines or through the card stock. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I hope you enjoyed my work-in-progress and it encourages you to try something new ! </div>

<br />
Hi there crafty friends! It's Cheiron here and today I have a card for you using one of my favorite sets, the <a href="https://ldli.co/e/4nl3m6" target="_blank">Flower Medallion Builder</a> (that is on sale!! right now) and my favorite rainbow colors of Distress Inks.<br />
<br />
I love making repeat patterns with with stamps, I find it super meditative and I hope you will try it out and see for yourself :) To make this card, stamp your center and small points in <a href="https://ldli.co/e/j5zqmx" target="_blank">Distress Archival Ink</a> onto <a href="https://ldli.co/e/op6mz3" target="_blank">Distress Watercolor cardstock</a>. I am using Archival Inks for this part because the ink is waterproof and you don't want these center points to react with the water when you spray the colored petals. Stamp the petals around the center points in rainbow order, cleaning your stamp between each color, and go around until you have completed the rainbow twice.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg1phK0INRL8lMv0MjYB4oyA8pPIPbOUHDEMeoOwuwYcvYa1y-nlpdth1y3Y5iTI6APWyRocq7tDuqswOpezjFt-pCw0llYzvJZ_2nNAnVYDMfrk5uSToFTr7ad_ZH3h4sjGElRivtwnLCM/s1600/cheiron_rainbow+medallion+1_.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg1phK0INRL8lMv0MjYB4oyA8pPIPbOUHDEMeoOwuwYcvYa1y-nlpdth1y3Y5iTI6APWyRocq7tDuqswOpezjFt-pCw0llYzvJZ_2nNAnVYDMfrk5uSToFTr7ad_ZH3h4sjGElRivtwnLCM/s640/cheiron_rainbow+medallion+1_.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Once you have completed stamping the rainbow of petals, lightly spray around the stamped petals with a <a href="https://ldli.co/e/pry39z" target="_blank">Distress Sprayer </a>filled with water and the ink will begin to react with water. Go slow at first, and add more water as needed. I used a Ranger <a href="https://ldli.co/e/929d9m" target="_blank">Heat It tool</a> to speed up the drying time. </div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2x-8LHVYcCMBRsy2ao55hX_aThfr47ro1weHDTxD113jMWhLrUZFeOm_JTq5IuD7ztgb0Hrn7kVLquRMIxws2Uh1x8AetZzzKmnmFPqKt3cp7pa9Ls5YwOUc4D5xucMJ7fHlDHs8Nhf6I/s1600/cheiron_rainbow+medallion+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2x-8LHVYcCMBRsy2ao55hX_aThfr47ro1weHDTxD113jMWhLrUZFeOm_JTq5IuD7ztgb0Hrn7kVLquRMIxws2Uh1x8AetZzzKmnmFPqKt3cp7pa9Ls5YwOUc4D5xucMJ7fHlDHs8Nhf6I/s1600/cheiron_rainbow+medallion+2.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
Once the petals have reacted to your liking, add some splatter around each petal. I did this by pressing the inks onto my glass mat and picking them up with a <a href="https://ldli.co/e/roen7x" target="_blank">paint brush</a>. I splattered each color next to the same color petals. I dried the splatter with the heat tool as well.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJuNL-gmcVYVqzvjwMTi27aMsvHSIEtp18XfSBpgL367G8qWIccem9jL17peEWDHAJYE7rv02-x1jdwOOpz3BjUhbkAr4pUw9jfBVmWQjjH2rgeU5-n-z8bY6DelNEjIWt_9GHzh1gHiiy/s1600/cheiron_rainbow+medallion+3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJuNL-gmcVYVqzvjwMTi27aMsvHSIEtp18XfSBpgL367G8qWIccem9jL17peEWDHAJYE7rv02-x1jdwOOpz3BjUhbkAr4pUw9jfBVmWQjjH2rgeU5-n-z8bY6DelNEjIWt_9GHzh1gHiiy/s640/cheiron_rainbow+medallion+3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: start;">To complete this card, I added foam tape to the back of the watercolor panel and mounted it onto a white card base. I stamped the 'just because' sentiment from the set onto a black strip of cardstock and heat embossed it in white. As a last step, I added some dots with a white gel pen to the the dots in the center.</span></div>

I blended V04, RV04, and YR38 for my petals. Now normally I would tell you to match your last number (like Vo4 and RV04) but yellows and a little different. My suggestion there is to keep trying out color combinations until you find one that works with what you have. Don't be afraid to try it. Saturation is key to the blending. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD3dq-uT0-lFX9Ha14l9IuFhsSxfnA1drVM__WsIejEvlEP72a7oE38c7II_3q_J6GLauPkh0Qgk1kkQLnKz-cLvqsrcErdWXad8z943j2y7QN4CWo0NxJdPrkCPXnw7EQZMj5u0S8Lcub/s4032/Kelly+Latevola+Taylor+Neat+%2526+Tangled+Classic+Christmas+Just+Because+Love+You+Stretch+Your+Stamps+8.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3024" data-original-width="4032" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD3dq-uT0-lFX9Ha14l9IuFhsSxfnA1drVM__WsIejEvlEP72a7oE38c7II_3q_J6GLauPkh0Qgk1kkQLnKz-cLvqsrcErdWXad8z943j2y7QN4CWo0NxJdPrkCPXnw7EQZMj5u0S8Lcub/w640-h480/Kelly+Latevola+Taylor+Neat+%2526+Tangled+Classic+Christmas+Just+Because+Love+You+Stretch+Your+Stamps+8.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I stamped my sentiment in Versamark and heat set in white on black cardstock.
